The 5 Questions Jose Mourinho Answered - And One He Snubbed During The Manchester United Press Conference

Jose Mourinho delivered a short press conference on Friday morning to preview Manchester United's match vs Newcastle, with no signs of his mood thawing.
A poor display in the goalless draw against Valencia in the Champions League hardly snapped his side out of their poor run.

With a dismal 10th place position in the Premier League, nine points off the top of the table, the title could already be gone.
And Mourinho is clearly feeling the pressure with his unwillingness to open up showing his understanding of the situation.
Mourinho only allowed six questions and answered just five in a terse preview of the weekend - here is the Q and A that lasted just three minutes and 32 seconds:
Why are you doing so badly?
For many different reasons.
Will you tell us what they are?
No.
How important is it to beat Newcastle at Old Trafford on Saturday?
"Very important. I know we are in the beginning of October and you look at the tables all around Europe and the tables in September and October don’t reflect what is going to happen in a few months or at the end of the season.
"We can do much better. To do that we need points, points we lost in the last two Premier League matches. One point out of six, and we know that to improve that position, we need to win these three points.
"Our opponent for different reasons they also need the points. Very, very, very good coach. A team that is always very well organised especially against teams in top half of the table.
"The results they had against the top teams didn’t get them points yet this season but gave them very close results. Very difficult matches for the opposition, so we expect a very difficult match."
Is it time to repay the fans after one home win since opening day?
"It is true. One defeat at home all season. One defeat in seven matches. Three draws. Not the feeling of defeat but not the happiness of victory."
Four games without a win, that is unacceptable for club of United’s size, isn't it?
"Yes I accept."
Are you doing all you can?
No answer
