But My Beloved Single Sisters: A man who abuses you before marriage will abuse you ten times more in marriage. An abuser deserves to be in a correctional institution, not in your life. You must respect yourself and never tolerate any kind of abuse. A man who truly loves you will protect you from harm, but he will not harm you. A woman would be much better off if she could distinguish the difference between a man that flatters her and a man that compliments her. A man that spends money on her and a man who invests in her.
